'Programable Hydrogels' Found in Blood of Covid Vaccinated – EVOL

Scientists are raising the alarm after discovering that vaccinated members of the public have “programable hydrogels” in their blood that can be used to transmit and receive data.

The alarming discovery is detailed in the scientific paper for a study conducted by Dr. Ana Maria Mihalcea.

The paper is titled “Hydrogel Platform Enables Versatile Data Encryption And Decryption.”

Mihalcea explains that the hydrogels can be used as a “human interface” to connect remotely with other systems such as digital IDs, vaccine passports, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).

The building blocks of Hydrogels are being found in the Covid vaccines.

Hydrogels are being found in the blood of those who have received the Covid mRNA injections.

They are the so-called blood clots that are being found around the world.

These Hydrogels can now be programmed, encrypted, and decrypted.

According to Mihalcea, they are the substrate of the brain-computer interface and the primary method of fusing humans with machines as she described by referencing MIT research in the article, “Hydrogel Interfaces for Merging Humans and Machines”

Elements that Mihalcea and Clifford Carnicom found with Near Infrared spectroscopy in the blood of the unvaccinated exposed to shedding and environmental contamination include
