Would-Be Assassin Ryan Routh Links Himself to Thomas Crooks in Jail Letter – EVOL

Ryan Routh, the man accused of a failed attempt on Donald Trump’s life earlier this year, has stirred up fresh controversy with a bizarre jailhouse letter, as reported by The New York Post.

Addressed to Politico journalist Ankush Khardori, the four-page rant dives into his disdain for America’s two-party system and connections to another would-be Trump assassin, Thomas Crooks.

Routh, 58, is being held at a Miami federal detention center as he awaits trial for allegedly targeting Trump at his Florida golf course. In his letter, Routh repeatedly refers to himself as the “Alleged Trump shooter” and takes aim at the Republican and Democratic parties.

While distancing himself from the Democratic Party, he unleashes venom on Trump, calling him a “dictator” and accusing him of dismantling American democracy.

Routh’s tirade doesn’t stop there. He links himself to Crooks, who was killed by Secret Service agents in July after a sniper attack left Trump with a minor injury during a campaign speech in Pennsylvania. We were both “ready to die for freedom and democracy,” Routh wrote, casting Crooks in the same ideological light.
