WATCH: Testimony Reduces Fani Willis’ Case To SHAMBLES?

Things are not going well for Fani Willis in her quest to get Trump.

The Fulton County District Attorney’s case against President Trump and many of his allies, once slated for next month, will now likely take place around December at the earliest.

This is due to a recent ruling allowing the severance of two defendants from the case—Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell.

Additionally, the prosecutor is facing an investigation from Congressional Republicans and allegations of withholding exculpatory evidence.

All of this has no doubt dealt a major blow to her RICO case, which relies on attempting to cast the widest net possible.

In a recent court hearing, the Fulton County defense team laid out a brilliant argument:

“Your Honor, I would ask you to please keep in mind that the purpose that we’re talking about here… is to elect Donald Trump president.

But if that were the purpose and a prosecutor could use a purpose of that magnitude to try to tie together charges and defendants that otherwise have nothing to do with each other, then before we know it… millions of people, literally, millions of people could have been charged in this conspiracy.”
