Trump Hit With Bad News in Shocking New Poll – EVOL

President Donald Trump is seeing a sharp decline in approval ratings among Generation Z, according to multiple new polls released this week.

A YouGov/Yahoo survey revealed that Trump’s net approval among Gen Z voters dropped significantly from -23 in May to -41 in June, with only 27 percent approving of his job performance.

A separate poll conducted by Quantus found that his approval with young voters fell from 46 percent in June to 35 percent in early July. An ActiVote poll also showed Gen Z disapproval rising to 62 percent.

The polling reversal comes just months after Trump made notable gains with younger voters in the 2024 presidential election, where he lost the 18–29 age group to Kamala Harris by only four points.

Analysts attribute the sudden decline to dissatisfaction with the President’s handling of major issues, including the economy, inflation, and immigration.

On inflation specifically, YouGov/Economist polling shows his approval among Gen Z dropped from 32 percent in May to 23 percent in June, as the Daily Mail reported.

Much of Trump’s earlier success with younger voters was credited to outreach efforts led by his son, Barron Trump, who served as a generational liaison during the 2024 campaign.
