President Donald Trump issued a fiery statement Wednesday morning, blasting the renewed focus on the Epstein files as a “Democratic hoax” and attacking his own former supporters for falling for what he calls the Left’s latest “scam.”
“Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats’ work,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“I don’t want their support anymore!”Trump’s lengthy post marked the most direct rebuke yet of conservative activists and online commentators who have demanded transparency over the FBI and DOJ’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Trump dismissed the entire controversy as no different from the Steele Dossier or Russia collusion narrative, writing:
“Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bullshit,’ hook, line, and sinker.”
He tied the renewed public outrage to what he called the Democrats’ strategy of manufacturing fake scandals to distract from his administration’s success.
