Photos show Buscemi chatting with crew members along Mott and Prince streets.
Last Wednesday, a deranged thug walked up to the Brooklyn-born actor and violently assaulted him in a random broad daylight attack.

“Steve Buscemi was assaulted in Mid-Town Manhattan, another victim of a random act of violence in the city,” the actor’s publicist said in a statement Sunday.
“He is OK and appreciates everyone’s well wishes, though incredibly sad for everyone that this has happened while also walking the streets of New York.”
On Monday, a worker at a building near the scene of the attack said that a surveillance camera captured the shocking incident.
