Special Counsel Deals Blow To Biden Crime Family, Will Seek Indictment Of Hunter By End Of Month

David Weiss, the special counsel appointed to oversee the federal investigation into Hunter Biden will seek a grand jury indictment of the president’s son before the end of September his office said today in a new filing.

“The Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, September 29, 2023, at the earliest. The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date,” prosecutors wrote in the filing.

Hunter had a sweetheart deal but it imploded when the judge thought it too generous and questioned it in open court. As Hunter already admitted his guilt when he agreed to the plea he has only one defense left, to try to drag his dad into and cause a constitutional crisis.

Hunter Biden’s lawyer told prosecutors that if Hunter Biden is charged Hunter would trigger a “Constitutional crisis” and put President Joe Biden on the witness stand according to a shocking new report from Politico.
