Some members of the MAGA coalition are reportedly discussing potential successors to President Donald Trump in 2028, with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. among the names being mentioned.

While Vice President J.D. Vance is widely seen as a leading figure within the administration, Kennedy’s recent actions at HHS and his previous presidential campaign have kept his name in circulation among certain conservative and health-focused groups.

Support Network Remains Active

A super PAC that previously supported Kennedy’s presidential run has resumed activity. According to Axios, a recent organizing call included figures such as PAC leader Tony Lyons, HHS advisor Stefanie Spear, and Dr. Robert Malone. Other high-profile participants reportedly included Russell Brand and Tony Robbins.

Sources familiar with the call say a 2028 campaign was not formally discussed, but participants focused on keeping the “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) movement organized and relevant.
