A new Republican bill proposed by Rep. Paul Gosar seeks to eliminate the liability protections for vaccine manufacturers that prevent them from being sued for injuries or deaths caused by Covid mRNA shots.
The bill, titled “End the Vaccine Carveout Act,” aims to amend the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Act and end the liability waiver for all vaccine makers.
Currently, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act provides a no-fault compensation program for individuals who believe they were injured by a Covid vaccine.
The program offers compensation for medical care, rehabilitation, counseling, and more.
However, Gosar’s bill argues that the current laws create too many victims and compromise science.
It claims that there is a lack of scientific evidence regarding the safety of vaccines and calls for an end to the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers.
If passed, the bill would allow full litigation for damages against pharmaceutical companies manufacturing vaccines.
As a result, pharmaceutical companies will be hit with a wave of lawsuits from Covid vaccine victims.
