Vice President JD Vance was swarmed by protesters and slammed by California Democrats — including Gov. Gavin Newsom — while enjoying a private family trip to Disneyland over the weekend.
Newsom, in a bitter post on X, shared a video of Vance walking with his wife and children through the theme park and wrote, “Hope you enjoy your family time, @JDVance. The families you’re tearing apart certainly won’t.”

Vance’s trip with his family to the “Happiest Place on Earth” was non-political and privately scheduled.
Angry Mob Outside Disneyland
Roughly 100 to 150 protesters gathered outside the gates of Disneyland on Friday and Saturday after reports surfaced that the Vice President was visiting. Protesters waved Mexican flags, shouted slogans, and even gathered at the Grand Californian Hotel where Vance’s family was reportedly staying.
