OnlyFans pays out $5.32 BILLION to content makers in 2023, as number of creators increases massively – EVOL

OnlyFans, the creator platform widely known for its adult content, reported record profits for 2023, with the number of creators rising by 29% to over 4 million.

According to a UK regulatory filing by OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International, gross payments on the platform increased by 19% for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2023. Payments rose from $5.55 billion in 2022 to $6.63 billion in 2023.

The total payouts to creators on the platform reached $5.32 billion for the last fiscal year, with average earnings per creator at $1,300—a 19% increase from the previous year, as reported by Variety. Additionally, OnlyFans’ net revenue grew by 20%, totaling $1.31 billion. The platform’s user base also expanded by 28%, reaching 305 million registered users, with approximately 66% of revenue coming from the U.S. market.

Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans and founder of the cam site MyFreeCams, received $472 million in dividends during the last fiscal year—a 40% increase from $338 million in 2022.

In its filing, OnlyFans outlined its mission to “empower content creators to own their full potential by building the safest social media platform and providing unparalleled opportunities to our user community.” The company clarified that “the
