Liberal Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has been widely mocked for promoting Democrat talking points about “democracy.”
Jackson has managed to stay in the news cycle over the past few weeks, mostly due to her statements and stances on several issues and the overall state of the judiciary and the country.
According to the New York Post, the controversial justice was brutally mocked after recently admitting that the “state of our democracy” has caused her to have sleepless nights.
Her comments came during a “quickfire” session at an Indianapolis Bar Association event Thursday.
During the Q&A, some of the lighthearted questions involved favorite books and songs.
Jackson is now known as the “top dissenter” on the conservative majority high court.
One of the questions she was asked was what keeps her up at night, and the liberal justice played the “democracy is under attack” card.
“I would say the state of our democracy,” she said when asked what keeps her up at night.
She added, “I’m really very interested in getting people to focus and to invest and to pay attention to what is happening in our country and in our government.”
