Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recently highlighted a series of arrests involving illegal immigrants with serious criminal backgrounds.
In a video shared on her X account, Noem outlined several of the individuals detained by immigration enforcement in recent days, describing them as some of the “worst of the worst.”
Noem said she receives daily updates listing the illegal immigrants taken into custody by immigration agents.
She emphasized that these individuals are not just unlawfully present in the U.S., but also have significant criminal histories.
Holding up printed sheets with photos and details of the suspects, Noem began by mentioning a Guatemalan man arrested for aggravated assault against a police officer. She noted this as an example of the dangerous individuals encountered by law enforcement.
Another case she described involved a suspect accused of raping a victim under the age of seventeen. She moved to the next page and cited an arrest for robbing a disabled senior citizen.
Noem then focused on one of the most serious cases—a person charged with 12 different sex offenses against children, per Breitbart News.
The list included two counts of statutory rape of a child, along with multiple counts of indecent assault and battery.
