Kash Patel’s Girlfriend Sues Podcaster for Claiming She’s Israeli Spy – EVOL

Country singer and political commentator Alexis Wilkins, the girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, has filed a $5 million defamation lawsuit against podcaster and former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. The suit alleges Seraphin spread false and damaging claims that Wilkins was a foreign spy sent to compromise Patel.

The case was filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and has been assigned to Judge David A. Ezra, a Reagan appointee. Wilkins’ legal team argues that Seraphin acted with “actual malice,” fabricating accusations to boost his podcast audience while knowingly misrepresenting her background and relationship with Patel.

The Allegations

The complaint, filed by Wilkins’ attorney Jason Greaves, pointed to an August 22, 2025 episode of The Kyle Seraphin Show in which Seraphin said that Patel, 45, “has his own little honeypot issue.”

“He is accusing Ms. Wilkins of being a spy for a foreign government, conducting espionage to undermine our national security and/or to manipulate federal law enforcement at the highest level and even committing treason,” the lawsuit stated. “These accusations are all categorically false, and Defendant knows it.”
