Kash Patel Announces Arrest of Leftist Suspected of Arson Attacks on Tesla Facility and GOP HQ – EVOL

FBI Director Kash Patel and the DOJ announced on Monday that FBI Albuquerque and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) Phoenix arrested Jamison Wagner in connection with arson attacks on a Tesla facility and the New Mexico GOP headquarters.

“This investigation concerns two separate arson offenses: one on February 9, 2025, at the Tesla Albuquerque Showroom in Bernalillo, New Mexico (Santa Ana Pueblo, Sandoval County), and a second offense on March 30, 2025, at the Republican Party of New Mexico Party Office in Albuquerque, New Mexico (Bernalillo County). Based on the facts outlined below, there is probable cause to believe WAGNER committed these offenses,” the complaint states.

Several Teslas were also destroyed and graffiti that read “Die Elon,” “Tesla Nazi Inc,” and “Die Tesla Nazi” was spray painted on the property.

In his attack on the Republican Party headquarters in Albuquerque, the front door and lobby area were damaged before firefighters arrived to extinguish the blaze. The individual also spray painted “ICE=KKK” on the building.

Attorneys General Pam Bondi announced during a cabinet meeting last week that this individual would be arrested and face “at least 20 years in prison with no negotiations.”
