Much of the so-called ‘mainstream media’ has been working overtime to paint Vice President Kamala Harris in a positive light now that she’s the Democratic presidential nominee, despite the fact that she was among the first to drop out of the 2020 primaries and has spent her three-and-a-half years in office as one of the most unpopular vice presidents in modern history.
But the same outlets have also been attempting to cover up for her chosen running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, regarding his lies about his military record and a past drunk-driving arrest.
One out, CNN, has since been forced to correct the record and admit that Walz repeatedly lied about the DUI arrest in 1995 while he was running for Congress roughly a decade later — after he quit the Army National Guard when his unit received orders to deploy to a combat zone.
On September 23, 1995, Walz was stopped by a Nebraska trooper for speeding at 96 mph in a 55 mph zone. The officer detected alcohol on Walz’s breath, leading to a field sobriety test and a blood-alcohol test, both of which Walz failed. He spent the night in jail and later admitted to driving under the influence,
