Judge Forces Trump To SKIP Son’s Graduation – EVOL

Justice Juan Merchan of the New York Supreme Court has yet to make a decision regarding former President Donald Trump’s request to attend his son Barron Trump’s high school graduation instead of attending the trial. The trial, initiated by Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, began on Monday and Trump is facing 34 felony charges related to falsifying business records in connection with payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels.

It is important to note that Trump is not being accused of “covering up a sex scandal,” as clarified by Breitbart News. Despite denying all charges, Trump could potentially face imprisonment if found guilty. While the jury selection process is underway for the criminal trial, Trump’s legal team has requested that he be allowed to skip the trial on May 17 in order to attend his son’s graduation ceremony in Florida, his home state. Although Justice Merchan has acknowledged the request, he has not yet issued a ruling on the matter.

“It really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial,” Merchan said.
