JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon torched the Democrat Party on Thursday, accusing it of failing Americans with policies rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and not reality.
“I have a lot of friends who are Democrats, and they’re idiots,” Dimon said bluntly.
“They have big hearts and little brains. They do not understand how the real world works. Almost every single policy rolled out failed.”
Dimon: DEI Has Gone Too Far
Dimon, who describes himself as “barely a Democrat,” said corporate America — including JPMorgan — went overboard on DEI.
“They overdid DEI,” he admitted. “We all were devoted to reaching out to the Black community, Hispanic, the LGBT community, the disabled — we do all of that. But the extent, they gotta stop it. And they gotta go back to being more practical. They’re very ideological.”
Dimon said the woke agenda inside the Democrat Party has replaced common sense and practical governance.
