Japan to invest $1 TRILLION in the U.S. – EVOL

In a significant economic development, Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba has pledged an unprecedented $1 trillion investment in the United States following a high-level meeting with President Donald Trump.

Alongside this commitment, Trump revealed plans for a joint U.S.-Japan oil and gas venture in Alaska, further strengthening economic and energy cooperation between the two allies.

Speaking through a translator at a press conference, Ishiba reaffirmed Japan’s commitment to deepening economic ties with the U.S.:

“Today, I conveyed my willingness to cooperate together to elevate Japan’s investment in the United States to an unprecedented amount of $1 trillion.”

This massive investment is expected to target various industries, including technology, energy, manufacturing, and artificial intelligence (AI). Trump welcomed the news, emphasizing that Japan’s commitment is a testament to the strength of the U.S. economy under his leadership.

In addition to the investment pledge, Trump announced a major energy collaboration between the two nations, focusing on oil and natural gas development in Alaska. Japan has agreed to increase imports of American liquefied natural gas (LNG), further expanding trade between the two countries.
