Before President Trump’s airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear sites, the Iranian regime sent a chilling message: unleash sleeper-cell attacks inside US if Iran was targeted.

According to two senior US officials and a source with direct knowledge of the threat, the warning was relayed to President Trump through an intermediary during last week’s G7 summit in Canada, which Trump left early on June 16 to weigh military options following escalating hostilities between Israel and Iran.

The White House has declined to comment, and the Iranian Mission to the United Nations offered no official response.

Iran’s threat wasn’t just posturing—it was a desperate attempt to intimidate the United States into inaction. But President Trump, unlike his predecessor, refused to blink. Instead, he authorized one of the most precise and devastating military operations in recent history, leveling three major nuclear facilities including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan.
