The House committees issued criminal referrals on Wednesday for Hunter and James Biden, the president’s son and younger brother.

They are accused of making “false statements to Congress” about key aspects of President Biden’s impeachment inquiry.

The allegedly fabricated testimonies appear to be a calculated effort to shield the president from the impeachment inquiry.

Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY), Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith (R-MO) announced the move in a statement on Wednesday.

Hunter allegedly falsely suggested he was not the corporate secretary for Rosemont Seneca Bohai (RSB).

Documents released by the Ways and Means Committee reveal a corporate resolution signed by Hunter as the “acting Secretary” of Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC.

“According to evidence provided by an IRS whistleblower, Hunter Biden was the beneficial owner of the entity’s associated bank account.”

Furthermore, the Committee asked Hunter about foreign payments
