Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been discharged from a New Hampshire hospital and “is progressing well” after being injured in a weekend car crash, his spokesman said Tuesday.
“Thank you to all the people that have reached out since learning the news about my Father,” Giuliani’s son, Andrew Giuliani, wrote on X. “Your prayers mean the world.”
Giuliani’s Statement of Thanks
Giuliani, 81, was injured Saturday when the rented Ford Bronco he was riding in was struck from behind on Interstate 93.
“He has since been discharged from the hospital and deeply appreciates the love, well wishes, and prayers he has received,” spokesman Ted Goodman said. Giuliani also extended his gratitude to state police, paramedics, and medical staff at Elliot Hospital for their “outstanding care.”
