Fox News Poll Shows Kari Lake Getting Absolutely Smoked in Arizona Senate Race – EVOL

Republican Kari Lake is way, way behind her Democratic opponent in this cycle’s U.S. Senate race in Arizona.

Lake, a former local TV news anchor-turned-election denier, trails Rep. Ruben Gallego by a whopping 15 points, according to a Fox News poll released on Wednesday.

Gallego and Lake are vying for the seat of outgoing Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, who decided not to run for reelection.

Lake ran for governor in 2022 and was narrowly defeated by Katie Hobbs. Like former President Donald Trump, whom Lake fervently supports, she baselessly insists the election was rigged against her. Last year, Lake went so far as to claim she is “the duly elected governor of Arizona.”

Gallego leads Lake 56% to 41%, according to the Fox News survey, which was conducted with one Republican and one Democratic polling firm. The poll had 1,014 respondents and has a margin of error of 3%.

The bad polling data for Lake comes two days after a major Arizona police union, which has endorsed Trump, threw its support behind Gallego.
