Dog the Bounty Hunter’s Family Shattered by Disturbingly Tragic News – EVOL

Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman and his wife Francie Frane are mourning the loss of Francie’s 13-year-old grandson, Anthony Zecca, after a tragic shooting incident in Naples, Florida.

Authorities confirmed that Anthony was accidentally shot and killed by his own father, Gregory Zecca, 38, inside the family’s apartment. 

Gregory is Francie’s son from a previous marriage, making Anthony the step-grandson of the 72-year-old reality TV personality.

The shooting took place around 8 p.m. ET, according to law enforcement sources.

Officers responded to an emergency call reporting the incident, and the case is currently being investigated. 

No arrests have been made, and police have categorized the shooting as an “isolated incident.”

Gregory Zecca, who is reportedly a member of Duane Chapman’s bounty hunting team, has publicly shared his enthusiasm for firearms. 

In a 2021 social media post, he proudly displayed images of himself and Anthony at a gun range, captioning the post with “getting some range time in.”

While details of the shooting have not been released by the Naples Police Department, officials have not indicated foul play and have continued to treat the incident as accidental in nature.
