Democrat leadership has resurrected a massive event outside of the Democratic National Convention venue in Chicago.
The fences have been placed as thousands of pro-Palestine protesters are expected to flock to Chicago to show their disdain for the Biden-Harris administration.
Lawmakers have also beefed up their security.
