Covid mRNA Shots Are NOT Vaccines, Federal Court Rules – EVOL

A U.S. federal court has ruled that the Covid mRNA shots that were pushed onto the public are not, in fact, vaccines.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the COVID-19 mRNA jabs do not qualify as vaccines.

The decision has now exposed pharmaceutical companies who manufactured the injections to future liability lawsuits.

The ruling centers on a lawsuit brought by the Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF) and other plaintiffs against the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) over its mandate that all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by a specified deadline.

Circuit Judge R. Nelson wrote Friday that the mRNA shots, marketed as vaccines, do not effectively prevent the transmission of COVID-19 but only reduce symptoms in those who contract the virus.

This means they do not meet the criteria to qualify as traditional vaccines outlined in the 1905 Jacobson v. Massachusetts case.

The 9th Circuit Just Stripped mRNA Shots of Legal Liability Protection

The 9th Circuit said it’s not a vaccine if the claim isn’t PREVENT THE SPREAD.
