CBS is asking a judge to dismiss President Donald Trump’s $10 billion lawsuit.
This has to do with the 60 Minutes interview with Vice President Kamala Harris that was edited.
The network’s attorneys argue that President Trump failed to identify any legal issues with the interview.
They also say that his lawsuit wrongly invoked a Texas consumer protection law.
You see, President Trump’s claims that CBS aired manipulated footage.
And it was manipulated to protect Harris.
Why was the network editing the interview? Trying to polish her responses?

CBS asked a judge on Friday to dismiss Donald Trump’s $10 billion lawsuit against the network, saying the president-elect failed to identify any legal problems with 60 Minutes’s recent interview with Vice President Kamala Harris.
