An illegal alien who entered the U.S. under President Joe Biden’s open border policies shot an off-duty Border Patrol agent in the face and arm during a robbery in New York City Saturday night, according to law enforcement.
The attack occurred around 11:50 p.m. in Fort Washington Park in Manhattan, while the 42-year-old agent and a female companion were sitting by the Hudson River.
They were approached by two men on a moped—one of whom, identified as Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, opened fire.

Agent Shot, Returns Fire
Despite being hit in the face and forearm, the agent returned fire, hitting the suspect and stopping the attack.
The Border Patrol agent was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery. He is expected to survive.
The wounded illegal alien, Mora Nunez, was taken into custody. The second suspect remains at large.
