FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino made a stunning announcement Saturday, revealing that recent discoveries about government corruption and weaponization have left him “shocked to the core.”
Without naming specifics, Bongino said ongoing investigations are already underway and are being conducted “righteously and by the book.”
“What I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations into these aforementioned matters has shocked me down to my core,” Bongino wrote on X.
“We cannot run a Republic like this. I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.”

While Bongino offered no timeline on when the public might learn the details, he assured Americans that progress is being made behind the scenes.
“We are going to conduct these righteous and proper investigations by the book and in accordance with the law,” he wrote.
“We are going to get the answers WE ALL DESERVE.”
He emphasized that the probe’s goal is not spin or politics, but objective truth:
“Not ‘my truth,’ or ‘your truth,’ but THE TRUTH.”
