Social media has been flooded with posts expressing suspicion, confusion, and mockery after Democrat President Joe Biden was whisked away from a D-Day event.
The president was prematurely led away from the event by First Lady Jill Biden after displaying bizarre behavior.
Biden’s exit left French President Emmanuel Macron to greet veterans by himself.
He was attending the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion in Normandy, France.
However, video from the event shows Biden exhibiting strange behavior before he apparently had to be escorted away from the festivities while Macron remained on-site to greet the veterans.
At one point during the ceremonies, Biden appeared confused about whether he was supposed to remain standing or sit down.
The confusion resulted in Biden freezing in an awkward half-squat as he looked behind him to see where the chair might be.
First Lady Jill Biden, who quickly raised one hand in front of her mouth, seemed like she could be feeding him directions.
The strange behavior led many to suggest Biden had soiled himself.
