Biden-Appointed Judge Set to Order Stop to ICE Raids Across California – EVOL

A Biden-appointed judge in California is poised to block federal immigration agents from conducting raids in the state — even as illegal alien crime surges and thousands have already been arrested.

Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, issued a tentative ruling that would halt all ICE enforcement operations across the state. The ruling is expected to become official Friday, according to the LA Times.

During Thursday’s hearing, Frimpong scolded government lawyer Sean Skedzielewski, saying he failed to show that ICE was not targeting people indiscriminately.

Frimpong complained that ICE arrest reports don’t always include full narratives — even though agents are often dealing with time-sensitive and high-risk operations.
