2 Black Teachers Sue High School for Racism Because Students Wore Trump Hats – EVOL

Two black teachers plan to sue Beverly Hills High School, alleging racism by pro-Trump students.

“We allege discrimination, harassment, retaliation, racial comments, physical threats,” said attorney Brad Gage in a press conference announcing the lawsuit.

Massive crowd of students gathered with Trump flags and pro-Trump apparel at Beverly Hills High School the day after the election. This prompted an email the school’s principal to parents, prohibiting students from holding demonstrations, which included jumping or shouting following Trump’s historic 2024 election victory. In his email to parents, the school principal claimed that recent exercises of “student political speech over the past 2 days” have left “many students feeling unsafe and unwelcome.”

Now, Bella Ivory, a fashion design teacher at Beverly Hills High, claims that she’s had past reports of racism ignored by the school and, recently, a “mob of kids” was allegedly “shouting ‘f*ck Kamala’” in the halls of the school.

“The profanity towards our Vice President, who is part black, combined with students congregating in front of my classroom increased my fears and also the students’ fears who were locked inside of that room with me,” said Ivory in a press conference.
