At today’s annual Army/Navy football game, everyone on the field has sworn to defend Americans with their life.
In the VIP suite, there was a former Marine who also risked his life for his fellow Americans.
Daniel Penny, who was acquitted of manslaughter earlier this week, was invited to attend the game by another former Marine, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance.
Penny faced up to 15 years in prison after a confrontation with a homeless man, Jordan Neely, on a New York City subway last year. Neely was reportedly threatening riders when Penny subdued him with a chokehold. Neely was alive when police arrived but later died.

Before kickoff, Penny was spotted in the luxury suite talking with Vance, the future veep’s wife, Usha Vance, and Johnson.
Trump minutes later was spotted standing next to Vance, shaking his fist and waving to the crowd as it chanted “USA! USA!” and then saluting during the singing of the National Anthem. Penny was off to the side, sipping
