A mass shooting occurred late on January 1 at the Amazura event hall, a nightclub located near the Jamaica Long Island Rail Road station in Queens, New York.
Authorities have confirmed that at least 11 people were injured in the attack, and the situation remains under investigation.
The shooting reportedly began around 11:20 p.m. in the vicinity of Amazura, located at 91-12 144th Place, within the jurisdiction of the NYPD’s 103rd Precinct. Law enforcement sources stated that multiple rounds of gunfire were exchanged near the event hall.
