Special Counsel Jack Smith seems to have one last trick up his sleeve against President Donal Trump.
According to CNN, Smith plans to drop a report targeting Trump before Inauguration Day.
This comes after a string of courtroom losses. Is this Smith being vindictive?
Afterall, Judge Chutkan dismissed the January 6 case. and an appeals court tossed the classified documents case.
So, why release this report?
How much truth will be in it? My hunch is that this attempt will fall flat, like all the other cases against Trump.
It looks like Smith is taking aim to fling mud one last time.
