However, some of Youngkin’s aides left the door open for his reconsideration.
It appears the Virginia governor is having second thoughts and may throw his name in the GOP presidential primary.
According to Axios, some anti-Trump GOP donors are nervous about the chances of Ron DeSantis and have encouraged Youngkin to enter the race.
“He’s reconsidering,” one source reportedly told the outlet.
“He’d be in his own lane: He’s not never-Trump, and he’s not Trump-light,” the source reportedly added.
