U.S. Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) — who served as chief White House physician under Presidents Barrack Obama and Donald trump — sounded the alarm on Biden’s cognitive decline and called on the president to step down during a recent interview.
President Biden’s age has topped the list of concerns of voters across party lines, polling has consistently found. Biden, who is already the oldest president in American history, will be 82 if he wins re-election and will have turned 86 by the end of a hypothetical second term.
One recent CNN survey of likely New Hampshire primary voters found that 56 percent of respondents cited Biden’s age as their primary concern.
