Mike Davis, the founder of the Article III Project, appeared on The War Room on Friday to discuss what he sees as unprecedented legal and political actions taken against former President Donald Trump.
Davis, a respected attorney and legal commentator, called on a potential Trump-led Justice Department to investigate and, if warranted, prosecute those he claims abused their positions of power to target Trump and his supporters.
Davis expressed strong opinions about the legal challenges facing Trump, including his concerns about the motivations and methods of attorneys, judges, and Department of Justice (DOJ) officials involved in cases against the former president.
He pointed to what he considers partisan actions that have escalated into a broader campaign of political lawfare.
“These partisan Democrat operatives in these prosecutors’ offices, in these judges’ chambers, can’t get this through their thick skulls: the American people are tired of this unprecedented, Republic-ending lawfare and election interference,” Davis said during the segment.
