A transit ad near the Capitol likened MAGA to literal garbage.
Washington DC’s District Department of Transportation quickly denied this was from them.
The ad features a crossed-out MAGA hat-wearer (is that President Trump?) with a book labeled “Project 2025.”
Allegedly it falsely bore the logos of DC’s Public Works and Clean City programs.
DDOT declared they had nothing to do with it and vowed to remove the posters.
Meanwhile, the actual culprit remains elusive.
How is that possible in this police state with surveillance cameras everywhere?
This is what the DC department of Transportation is spending their money on….not the roads, not the congestion, not helping stop carjackings, but maligning Trump supporters. pic.twitter.com/uq9MLBtrmr

This looks like a job for DOGE!
I’m sure they’ll have someone looking into this.
This image was not created, funded, or authorized by the DC government, and our team has already removed the image.

Meanwhile, the transportation agency is rushing around trying to find all these posters and removing them.
